Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Tobias Meixner, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany, email support@bikecare.app) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e. g. by email or via the withdrawal form below). Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment. If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry (§ 356 (4) BGB)

For a service the right of withdrawal expires if we have provided the service in full and only began performing it after you expressly agreed that we should begin before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been performed in full.
